  • 2025 is the driest growing season since 2003; the fruit size is small, concentrated, and strong in Syrah and Genahi (McLaren Vale vintage reports).

Adelaide Hills

  • Cool altitude: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and sparkling wine; the natural wine movement is active in the Basket Range (general knowledge).

Coonawarra
